I buy a lot of items from the store every month. Today may be my last. My wife and I went there to buy some vinyl flooring for our family room Hattie sample picked out and waited in the aisle for over a half hour. Finally after no one asked if we need any help I asked a person that was sitting at the desk if they were busy he turned around and looked at me saying nothing and I reached out and hand him the sample he said have to order it I put the sample back walked out of the store went to Home Depot and spent 1,200. Nothing else needs to be said.

Went in today to buy a new dishwasher at the Labor Day sale. The appliance department was more than helpful even though they were busy. I didn’t catch their names but one employee asked if we needed help in passing & when we finally decided, we found another gentlemen who helped us. He asked yet another employee to assist with a flat cart and he seemed happy to help! Customer service at its best!! So Thank you to the 3 guys at Keizer Lowe’s that helped us with a dishwasher today️
