Northwest Wheelchair Tennis Association is rated 3 out of 5 in the category tennis club in United States. The Northwest Wheelchair Tennis Association (NWTA) has been changing lives in individuals and the community one swing at a time since 1980. We are asking for your help to keep our programs going. Program funding needs for 2014 include: free weekly lessons, junior and adult tennis camps, and the 26th annual Pacific Northwest Sectional Wheelchair Tennis Championships. We are particularly excited about our junior development program. By investing in our junior program, we are ensuring a bright future for wheelchair tennis in the Northwest and beyond. The NWTA is an all-volunteer, charitable organization. Our mission is to promote wheelchair tennis as a healthy and active lifestyle choice for persons with disabilities; to create a welcoming community for players of all ages and abilities through our support of recreational and competitive play; and to educate and partner with the public to promote the positive impacts that wheelchair tennis has in enhancing the lives of persons with disabilities in our community. Over 120 adults and youth participated in our activities during the past year. Our goal for 2014 is to raise $20,000. Be inspired, please donate to this amazing organization and come join us in the fun!
