They offer a large variety of sugar free products. I am a new diabetic and Starbucks doesn't really have any sugar free options. Makes it hard to feel fairly normal when you can't get the items you need in life. Coffer is definitely a much needed staple!

I've been to this specific Bean Location a few times now and the building is larger than most and had an actual posted drive thru and menu to start. The prices aren't clearly listed, but the baristas are usually nice and tell you if you ask. I don't go for these products often as I don't particularly like coffee and don't have the money usually, so when I go and treat myself and they get my interesting drink correct, it makes me so ecstatic and really starts my day off right! I quite enjoy a little conversation with my drink, and the particular visit I'm reviewing for; my barista was extremely friendly and happily conversational, as it's really awesome to have a friendly smiling face, and one so willing to share some kind words to start off my day wonderfully.
This is the closest coffee shop to my home so I have been back half a dozen times at least hoping for a better result. The service is friendly but they mess up your order about 1/3rd of the time in my experience. The coffee is consistently bad, and so is the chai, avoid the chai. The coffee is overpriced, I just paid 9 for two basic 12oz drinks. I would accept the price if the coffee was good. The food is your typical pull it out of the freezer and put it into the microwave trash. When you pay the easy options for a tip are 15/18/20%. You can pick no tip, which is not a nice thing to do, or take the extra time to enter a custom tip and hold up the line. There is no reason to tip 15-20% for a process that should take 2 mins from start to finish, and for bad tasting coffee no less. I will not be back, again.
Drove twenty minutes to get my drink from here as I love there frozen hot chocolate, the lady at the window was rude and I guess didn’t properly scan my rewards then when I called in to tell them I was put on hold and forgot about for over 20 minutes would not recommend this location just drive the extra miles to the one out south! Snotty employees too
It's awesome being able to walk into a Human Bean! Great parking, seating, and restroom. Drive thru is great too!
My fave coffee shop in Keizer! We drove thru and got cocoa ans coffee for the family before seeing the Keizer Christmas lights.
Friendly service with very good coffee.
