New to Salem and was in need of an electrician to restore power after a storm. These folks were very responsive to my request and very easy to communicate with! I ended up having to get the work done with someone else because of scheduling availability and being without power, but I'll certainly be calling Zap first next time I need an electrician. Thanks!

Great work fair price.
We had several fluorescent light fixtures replaced with LED cans and Diego came out. Diego was great, quick thorough, net and clean. The lights he installed were too warm of a tone and he said they could easily replace them. Diego came out a week later and replaced all the lights and they look great.
I’m new to the Salem and found ZAP Electric on google after reading good reviews. I’m very happy with the service they provided. Vaughn was flexible with my hectic schedule, and was very friendly every time I had to call him to reschedule. He and Diego got all of the work done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable rate. I was so pleased with their work and the price, that I ended up hiring them again for a second job. They were very professional on both occasions. I highly recommend using Zap for your electrical needs!
Called Zap Electric with unrealistic demands, but they managed to work with us to get the job done right, within budget, and on time to let us open our Ice Cream shop. Conan, was great to talk to and even took the time to educate me on the process and options we had available to us. In short Zap made us feel like we were the most important customers when working and dealing with our project. Will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to them.
