Excellent alternative to the agent. I had to replace the battery on my Redmi note 3 pro and GenXt does not accept phones that they did not import. Therefore, I sent my phone to the Mi Store Kelaniya and was fixed within the day it was received and was shipped to me and received the next day! Overall took only 3 days. Furthermore, they had replaced it with the genuine OEM battery backed by one year warranty. Overall very satisfied with them and they will be my go-to service provider for Xiaomi phones!

I went to their shop after seeing positive reviews. But, I was completely cheated and dissatisfied with their service. I went for repairing my redmi phone. But, they further worsened my phone and asked me large amount of money. I was dissapointed very much. Money scammers and liars. Please go and repair or buy new phone somewhere else. I won't definitely recommend this scammers. There are lots of better alternative shops in Colombo. Do not visit here. Honest review.

Highly Recommended! Service is very good. I recently replaced display of my Redmi note4x. Display colors are NOT quality as the original display. BUT no complains about colors.
