This location seems to struggle with quality control more than the other locations in the area. They always mess up at least one item in my order. The most common example is that they cut corners on blended floats and floats by putting virtually no custard in the cup. The only work around is to ask for extra custard, and then they charge extra and put too much custard.

I love me some Andy's! Listen, I have waited all year for my favorite treat...the apple pie concrete. It is back and I am enjoying every bite, drip, crumb, etc. The service at this particular location is generally friendly and quick. Very family friendly!
This place use to be my nightly go too- staff was super friendly and orders were always 100% but the last couple of weeks have been completely disappointing. My orders haven’t been right and they don’t even have the correct toppings, and staff has been very rude. This is sad for me because I used to love this location and now I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one off of North Tarrant.

The custard is so good! And I was so happy to find that they have malts here! It’s like going back in time to an ice cream parlor. They have all the great flavors and will mix it however you like it. I like to get the vanilla malt with pecans. My daughter likes the strawberry concrete.

Frozen custard treats are really good but melt extremely quickly.
