Simply awesome! Over the 5 years I've had Bash Properties LLC as my property management company, I've been consistently impressed by the outstanding service and attentiveness! Bash Properties goes above and beyond! Every maintenance issue at my property has been immediately communicated to me, but here's the impressive part...each time, a plan of action has already been established and in work. HVAC system failed...Bash Properties was already transporting space heaters to the property until the emergency repair crew could arrive the next day! Leaky faucet...plumber already en route and issue pending repair when I was contacted. Year end statements are detailed and a great help for tax filing purposes. If anyone is in the market for a trustworthy, reliable property management company, I higly recommend they immediately contact Bash Properties LLC...you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!
