Purchased a 70 sheet cake for an event. The owner remedied a problem we had with poor quality lettering. When I picked up the sheet cake, I did not have time to ask them to re-do it prior to the event. However, I later sent a pic of the cake and the owner sent me the partial refund I requested. I consider that excellent service and refreshing integrity. The cake itself tasted great.

My first visit with my wife today will be our last ! Talk about incredibly overpriced ice cream ! My wife and I are in our late sixties. When we entered the store I don't recall seeing a price list anywhere-if so it was not prominently displayed. We each received a tiny(Jr.) scoop of ice cream in a small,small cup. When the young girl asked if we wanted "sprinkles" on our ice cream I asked is it included ? She said "no, they are 79 cents each ".Our 2 tiny,tiny,tiny portions of ice cream IN A CUP were 6 !!! Really ??!! You greedy bastards know what you can do with your products ! We will continue to patronize Braum's.
