Conveniently located near home but entry ways are roundabout and difficult to get in or out. Also slowest cvs drive thru I’ve been to so far

Whoever was working the register around 7:50 pm on Friday, June 5th 2020 has HORRIBLE customer service. When I first walked in I asked where the bathroom was and she gave me a look like a was inconveniencing her. I thought okay maybe I’m reading her wrong. I gather my stuff and head to the check out. I say hello. She says nothing. I tell her I don’t need a bag. She says nothing. I say thank you. She says nothing. I expect way may out of CVS employees because usually, they are very kind and helpful.

Called this morning (10:30) to make sure my perception was filled. Stopped in about 3 hrs later to pick it up along with another that a Dr called in at noon. I was told that I needed to wait while they filled the call in (I understand). 15 minutes later they call me to check out and inform me that the perception that they confirmed was filled in the morning was not ready and I would have to come back in the next day or so to see if it was in. Why didn't they inform me of this during the AM call or when they made me wait for the call in to be filled. And why did the checkout person give me attitude, like it was my fault. I HATE this CVS.
