I Made a call to get a few watches appraised with the hopes of selling them. The person on the other line mentioned they purchased watches. I didn't know that. I was professionally greeted and made a fair, on the spot offer. In 10 min., the transaction was complete. The atmosphere was made even more easing by the beautiful miniature poodle that sat calmly on the antique-styled circular bench. Thanks for a painless experience. I may be light two watches, but I've found,THE PLACE to get more.

I went to Garner Wallace to get my vintage rings cleaned up after having them for about a year. I was chatting with the owner while my ring was being cleaned. I've done business with them before and they've always got excellent service. They've replaced a diamond in a previous ring that fell out, they've bought my old jewelry and gave more than a fair price for it. I can't say enough great things about this business. They're the only jeweler I take my jewelry to. Highly recommended!!! (Also the wife is a gemologist so that's a plus!)

The Garner Wallace Fine Timepiece showroom was an amazing surprise. Very warm and welcoming staff. Experienced excellent customer service with replacing batteries in 2 watches. The store has a very nice selection of pre-owned Rolex watches for both men and women as well as Howard Miller clocks. The store also has beautiful jewelry pieces on display. Overall, a very nice family business.

During the winter snow storm. I called to see if they were open. They answered, said they were technically closed, but the gentleman who answered still asked what I needed. I explained I lost a pin out of the band of my watch, he told me to still come on by and he'll take a look at it. I'll be coming back during their normal hours, to buy something.
