I'm usually not big on Jack in the Box but they were open to the public during the snow storm when everyone else was closed. The line was long but was worth the wait to get some food. Thanks to the crew that worked tonight. You delivered great quality and service.

The young lady who took my order at the drive-thru window was very polite and respectful. After I paid for my order, I was asked to park my vehicle in the parking lot while I wait for my food to be brought to me. I only waited for approximately 5 minutes and then the young lady personally walked outside to my vehicle and personally handed me my food. It was a nice experience and I appreciated it.
I love there breakfast croissant sandwich. It's fresh and just delicious
Terribly slow. Order missing items. Fries cold and chewy. Chicken burnt, and tasted like week old oil.
Food was okay but the help was extremely slow. It took 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were standing at the counter. The bathroom was atrocious. It smelled of raw sewage. Won't go back to that one for sure.

I ordered the meat lovers breakfast burrito and it was slightly warm to the touch. When I unwrapped the buritto the tortilla seemed as if it had not been heated through thoroughly because it was a little firm to the touch. I called and spoke with the manager to make him aware of this and he did ask me to come through tomorrow for a replacement burrito and apologized. This is my reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 3. The person at the window was friendly and I received great customer service from her.
