I placed an order online for curbside pickup. The ordering process was efficient and easy. After I received notification (took 2 hrs), I drove to store and parked in special curbside pickup spot and called the number on the sign. I had my car loaded and took off within 3 minutes of arriving! Great experience, great products, and excellent customer service warrant the 5 star rating today.

I ordered custom blinds back in November and never heard another word about my order. I paid over 2000 for these blinds. I called about them in January and got a lot of different excuses, which is fine. My gripe is that Lowe's never kept me informed as to the status of this major purchase. I wound up having to call everybody and their dog to get answers. The install finally arrived at the beginning of February and the order was incomplete and I'm still waiting on these blinds. I will never order anything from Lowe's again

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the customer service team who seemed concerned and tried to assist. I do not recommend ordering anything from Lowes On Line. The first time, I ordered twin folding beds. One was delivered in good condition, and the other was in a box that looked like it was thrown off the truck and rained on. But I dismissed the condition of the box and the corner of the mattress that was soiled and kept my order because it was not broken. The second time I ordered two memory foam mattresses and two wooden bed queen size frames. First came the two mattresses. One was perfect but the other didn't form into shape. No problem with getting that returned and they refunded me for that. Yay. Next came the two queen wooden bed frames, but one was missing the slacks to hold the matress, and both sets were missing the screws and instructions. After talking to customer service, they seemed to fix the problem. Two days later I received the wooden slacks, but No Screws nor the instructions, and the wooden slacks came in a damaged box that was busted open on one side with one slack cracked and chipped on the corner. I called one more time and was told to send an email to the manufacturer and they'll call me. But at this point, I decided to go to Lowes, buy scews, figure out how to put it together and be done. If I didnt like the bed set I would have sent the whole order back. But I will never order nothing On Line from Lowes because of this. This incomplete order was so disappointing.
