I have used McCaw Property Management for the past 5 years to manage a rental condo in Plano. This was my initial venture into owning investment real estate so everything was a learning opportunity. The staff and management of McCaw were always very patient and helpful to answer all my questions. They were very responsive to any request. Jeff Wall, Darla Lydens, Cassie Herd and Alex Feinberg were all especially helpful during the recent sale of this property and resolving some lingering issues with repairs.
