If you are looking for realtor in the northeast Tarrant county area to help you find a residential house to rent or lease then look no further than to Moriah Property Management. I have rented with them for 14 years before moving to another state and have never had one problem from them. Both Eileen and Aaron have been extremely professional, kind, helpful, caring, compassionate, and understanding with my needs, requests, or concerns as a tenant. If a problem occurred (electrical, structural, foundation, plumbing, landscape, rent payments etc) they handled it in a very timely and considerate manner. They worked with me to alleviate the problem! At times instead of their maintenance man ( who has done exceptional repairs) Aaron would come over to take care of my requests. Both Eileen and Aaron have even ask for my own opinion/input for improvements to the house I was renting. That was pretty cool! I really felt that they treated me as if I was part of their own family which is rare these days. All these standards of excellence that I just mentioned; are the reasons why I stayed renting with them for so many years. So please give them a call, you will definitely NOT be disappointed.
