In mid July our company purchased a large order for a pre-school craft project. We returned the order the week in July 20th to be completed per the guidelines. It has been 7 weeks and we haven’t been contacted to give us an update on when the order will be finished. There has been many messages and phone calls left for an update but we have received zero communication back. I hated to leave a google review but the customer service is unbelievable. I realize Covid-19 is a affecting us all on different levels but there’s still no excuse for poor customer service.

We just love this place! My friend & I and my sister and I have been here and had such a great time each time. Lisa and the others here are great, and I guarantee you will have a fantastic time and leave with a masterpiece!
Pickled Picasso advertised for a safe children’s camp environment and it was not. They advertised small class sizes, frequent hand washing breaks, mask required, and social distancing practices. My children only attended the first day. There were 15 kids in one room, side-by-side, they didn’t check temperatures as promised, they only washed their hands once, and masks were not worn by all children attending. I spoke with an employee in person, called and spoke with a different person and then I emailed the owner. She responded the first time and ensured me that I could be refunded for being unsatisfied with their safety measures. She also contradicted the employees that were present that day and tried to cover up the fact that there were too many kids in attendance. That was 2 weeks ago, she has not responded to my other emails, and I have not be refunded.
My daughter (6) LOVED the camp class she attended today. Themed painting but still the freedom to do it the way she wanted and face painting. She was ecstatic. The venue itself and the staff were lovely. We will be back!
Took one of their classes and had a great time. The teacher was friendly and helpful. Learned something new and can't wait to hang my picture up. Will definitely do it again and recommend to my friends.

I have been several times, for various celebrations AND it.was.great.PERIOD. Plan on returning until I can paint no longer! Ask for Lisa///she is the coolest! Laid back and fun!
I took my mother here before I left for school in August, great venue, great people. They let us pick our own theme and they were so friendly. it is very inexpensive, can't wait to go again!
