We are a military family who moved here after seeing the neighborhood for 15 minutes and knowing nothing about the area. Amanda and Heather have been incredibly welcoming and helpful with everything! They are what made this feel like a great family community and they truly care about this neighborhood as if they lived here themselves. Not everyone can be happy -00% of the time and unfortunately people like to just blame the HOA as if they control everything- but they really take it into stride. We were honestly considering moving out of the neighborhood before we had even been here for six months before working with heather and Amanda. I highly recommend them!!

Amber is very good to work with. She has helped me with a proxy and was also helpful last spring when our neighborhood was fighting a a zoning issue. The new company, SBB, hasn't been in place long enough to evaluate so just 3 stars.

Nechelle was awesome! We are new homeowners, new to HOAs, and needed to get an account established. One phone call to her and she got us all set up. She has responded promptly to our emails, answering our questions and has been generally just very pleasant to work with.

As a management company they selectively enforce homeowner association rules based on who you are and not what the rules state.... board members are immune and can violate both community rules and city regulations with complete impunity... they will however harass law abiding homeowners by trying to enforce community rules even though they currently VIOLATE Keller city law and building code
