Never going there again ...the window girl needs a Class of Customer Service they all do. ASAP . Very rude & it took more than 25min to get 2 chicken quesadillas and a Pepsi WOW!! and then .. they charge you and Do not give you receipt. I said I need a receipt and she said its not working. What. So I told her to take a picture. What kind of place is this fix the receipt machine. Get Good Customer Service you got to .because that girl thats working there she does not care. Good luck..had to give 1 star because if not would not post.

When I first started coming here I could see that they needed better people. Now it’s so much different they people are great the food is way better I was thinking of giving up but I did not and won’t thanks for the great food and the keep up the great work. Always eager and willing to make anything right.
Worst Taco Bell there is. Keep driving. You’re better off turning around and making a sandwich at the house, stomping on it, and soaking it in some piss before you eat it.
This establishment is still requiring a mask to enter dining area after the governor lifted the executive order. This place is in the buisness of theater.... NOT GIVING CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT!
Ok so this is my 4th visit to this location and 3 our of 4 experiences have been terrible so I feel I need to leave this at this point. First off the one good experience came from the day team so great job guys now the other 3 experiences have been between 8:00pm-9:30pm. Extremely long waits!!!! I was stuck in the line for over 30 minutes the other day with only 4 cars in front of me!!! Oh and there’s no way to escape the line so thanks a lot for making me late and now tonight I wait 20 minutes with 1 car in front of me and when I reach in the bag to pull my burrito out I feel something fall in my lap (see pics attached to see how they wrapped the burrito or I guess how they didn’t wrap the burrito). I managed a Taco Bell about 10 years ago and everything I’ve experience at this location is absolutely unacceptable. Wait times, food quality, poor attitudes at the window, and just overall terrible service. Again props to day team because the only good experience so far is from them but I didn’t order Taco Bell that day either I ordered KFC so who knows how that would’ve been if I ordered Taco Bell. Anyways terrible experience 3/4 times I think I’ll drive the extra half mile to the N Tarrant location from this point forward
Ordered 12 crunchy tacos, nachos bell grande, chicken quesadilla, and 3 burrito supremes. ALL the tacos were soggy and fell apart, no crunchy at all. They tasted very old. The nachos cheese tasted like it was left out for a month and the quesadilla was awful. Burritos tasted old as well. Nothing was good and everything was thrown out. Well not eat here again. We only live 2 miles away so time and distance was not a factor.

Cannot believe they’re getting rid of Mexican pizza! I devoured one and enjoyed every last bite. What a classic. People were friendly - great experience.
