If you’re wanting your items to get there in one piece, you better hand deliver it. I have shipped custom cookies for my business multiple times with other carriers and no problem. I shipped three dozen custom cookies this week to a customer in Wisconsin and bubble wrapped the heck out of them. When I shipped them I asked for the “fragile” stickers to be placed on the box as they are breakable. Not. ONE.single cookie made it unbroken, and if you could see the box, you’d understand why. I’m not sure if they used the fragile sticker as a target for kicking or what, but I’m beyond furious, disappointed and embarrassed that my customer now has nothing but broken cookies for her wedding shower tomorrow. Thanks UPS.
