We love supporting local restaurants and businesses. We have been wanting to try Tio Carlos for awhile. Ordered Ubereats. Had to eat enchiladas by hand, as no silverware was included. Called after receiving order. I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. Food was ok. Certainly not worth the 80 i paid to not get silverware. When i finally spoke to a manager. He told me it was my fault for not asking for it. Really? My money will be better spent elsewhere next time. Don’t waste your money!

It was good as usual. We are thereabouts once a week at least. Good food and good people.
After we got past the initial sticker shock, we found that the food here was muy delicioso y mas sabor. The red sauce comes along with black bean sauce which were kept full the entire meal service. Both were spot on with their texture and flavors. Wife went with the Fajitas Mexican Adobo (17) while I ordered the Fiesta Burrito (15). While we waited, we went ahead and had a bowl of the Queso Felipe (9). Everything was great. The queso especially went well with our entrees. We definitely will be back as the staff was attentive and the food worth the price charged. As an added bonus, they will be opening up a panaderia and carniceria type operations soon on the left half of the building.
The ribeye fajitas were pretty good but not the best I've had. Excellent chips and salsa and the margaritas were great.
The food was very tasty and the young man who served us was such a good kid with such a a nice heart,he was very attentive to our needs.All the staff were very friendly and professional.
