I really appreciate that they told me exactly when the technician would be at my house that day to work on my furnace, and he was very timely! Very friendly person, kept me informed as he was checking different things, and when he discovered he needed a part we couldn't get until the next day, he even brought me some space heaters to keep my house comfortable. I loved the wonderful customer service! Definitely recommend them.

Misdiagnosed ac not working by trying to upsell a whole new unit.. took capacitor out of my unit along with fuses for the unit and refused to return my parts. That is stealing. Will be reporting.

Our a/c wasn't working correctly and called Kelley's hoping they could come and fix it - at first they couldn't come, they were already full (no big deal), to our delight they called back and got the last job finished early and could still come that night- yay! Jim and Trent were super friendly and got right to work - got the issue fixed in no time. Thanks guys!
