Everyone I have dealt with from regular banking to the loan department has been great! Went to buy a car and wanted to use Kelly Community to keep it all the same, and I got ahold of Erika Schoenradt in the loan department and she rushed the application to make sure it all got done same day! Super easy process and very professional!

She was so amazing and was so informative on the whole process. She made sure I had everything I needed to get approved and that I got the best rates . Tiffany Spain was genuinely an amazing person to do business with. Kept in constant contact with me and was extremely kind, she was also very fast at getting things done and on top of her job. Wow! Customer service could not have been any better! I had an appointment to open accounts with Kelly Community. When traffic was relentless and I was catching every light on the way, they still honored my appointment. Courtney Walling was AMAZING!!! She was very efficient and professional as we went through the process as well as slowed down to make sure I understood everything that was going on. She did not just take care of my initial needs, but made sure all needs I might have needed were met. I also met the manager Chris as he welcomed me into the Kelly Community family. I am so glad I made this decision to switch. I know that I will be well taken care of and they will be available for my banking needs.
