I was able to work with Tim Sparrow and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with him and Kelly Jeep. We looked at a few different versions of the car I wanted and Tim provided me with all the information so I could make an informed decision. We all know that purchasing a car can sometimes be a stressful experience but Tim made the process easy. He was both patient and knowledgeable. He was able to explain all of the paperwork to me in addition to helping me set up my car for it’s maiden voyage. I would definitely recommend Tim Sparrow and the guys at Kelly Jeep.

Todays experience was not worth rating Id give this experience a minus 3 never had a horrible experience like this. Brought vehicle in for oil change and have the recalls handled . Got charged from the door for diagnostic then added oil change. After leaving dealership stopping at wawa to notice the passenger side door handle covered with grease and fingerprints. the photos up on here. Overall experience here was not a professional experience. Sad to see this . Really NOT HAPPY. Going to report this charge to the jeep corporation of my experience. I thank robert for reaching out and handling this situation professionally and he will handle this situation for me. .
