I am amazed with the results I've had in just a month. My skin colour is back and my lines are fading. Not only does the accupuncture treat the face, Helen hits trigger points that heal the entire body and bring about intense relaxation. A sense of self empowerment comes out of the course as well. I now know how to treat my face (not with creams and cosmetics) with relaxation, trigger release and strengthening that can be conveniently done anywhere. I highly recommend this course. It is life changing for me. I am 36 and am looking forward to seeing the results throughout the year!
