I am very pleased with the job done on our tree and hedge. not a loose leaf laying around anywhere. really good cleanup. did just what i wanted even large flower plants placed back where they were originally.I thank you.
They didn't show up for the scheduled quote appointment.
Impossible to reach via phone. Did not return calls. Butchered our trees...work not done by trained or certified arborist. Can not recommend them for tree work other than straight removal.
They said they came by at the appointed time, however I was here all morning and no one showed up, Tried to call them, got no answer, voice mail full. called to find out what happened and though the lady on the phone was generally professional, though not very accommodating. She said he wrote a msg to call me on his quote, but they never did that, no missed calls on my phone or voice mails. she kept telling me \well thats what he said.. etc etc\ I decided not to argue with them over it, they didn't seem very determined to try to make it better, I will be looking for a different company.
