I cannot speak more highly of the technicians that work at this company! I’m just a building manager that calls for the true heros that take on some of the most challenging calls. We just had and incident at our building where a major malfunction occurred with our 20’ wide fully elevated door and on a stat holiday the on call staff are always second to none always realizes first of all the safety concerns, then the way to get repaired or replaced by mapping out a plan of execution but always keep budget in mind without compromising the quality of the product. They give it to you straight professionally while providing you with options. Very well trained, can spot an issue from a mile away and just fun crew! Kudos... Really! Thanks for your help!

When our garage door was not closing properly, I contacted Assa Abloy. They arranged to have someone on site by first thing the next morning. The technician Max was punctual, personable and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem efficiently and also resolved some additional issues, so our garage door works better than ever. Great experience & highly recommended!
Very happy with the service I received. I was in a real pinch with my old residential garage door becoming inoperable at the most inopportune time (house full of guests for a family funeral). Their guys came quickly got it pulled down so that it was safe to leave the house. They found a new door quickly for me for a good price. Would highly recommend!
