WOW! WOW! and WOW! I call these guys from AVAARC Welding the "Dream Team", for very good reason... as they are so incredibly professional. From start to finish, the fencing project they did at our B&B in Kelowna was handled very well. I have no idea who taught them about business practices and customer relations, but they have professionalism in this down to a tee. CHALLENGE: Prior to selecting AVAARC Welding, I had had quotes from other metal fabricating companies... these went nowhere... as stunningly (not in a good way) there was absolutely no followup by these other people. I couldn't believe it. SOLUTION! Thankfully I got a solid referral to AVAARC Welding, and everything changed...immediately for the better. I was so impressed! GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONS! For one thing... even as busy as they are... when they make an appointment they keep it. They are on time. Crazy! They never missed an appointment and continuously kept in touch about the process, so that I was always aware of the timing. AMAZING! GREAT SUGGESTIONS! After listening to my ideas for fence design, they had some great suggestions about how to go about the design and installation of a new curved fence that I had not even thought about. It had to blend with the general flavour of the surrounding street-scape while also incorporating it with the existing low brick wall surrounding our property. GREAT JOB! I would definitely recommend AVAARC Welding, without hesitation. These guys are highly experienced in high-end commercial and industrial work, yet they bring the same attention to detail and great quality results to smaller projects. That they really care about their work truly shows. A more courteous and industrious group of guys you will not find. :) WITH THANKS! :)
