You get what you pay for! Bekins was fantastic for our move, right on time for pickup and for delivery 2 days later. The price was as quoted. Nicole was thorough in her quotation, making sure nothing was missed. They made the move easy as well as very safe, they have excellent procedures during Covid! I HIGHLY recommend.
I have hired Bekins Moving & Storage three times in the last several years. Twice I needed storage of my belongings while waiting to purchase a new property. The men are polite, efficient and work well together. I love that one guy stays in and does all the wrapping and the other two transport my belongings to the truck. Thanks Bekins. Pennie
I'm not one for writing reviews or giving out accolades for services I am paying for, but this is the exception. My wife and I are in our late sixties, sold our 5 bedroom home and purchased a small strata unit. Both my wife and I have some medical issues making the move more difficult than normal. Topping it off , our possession dates didn't line up and we would have to put our belonging in storage for 3 weeks. I began to shop around for a moving company and received a number of estimates. I did not feel comfortable with any of those companies as they treated you as if they were doing you a favour for even talking to you. I than contacted Bekins Moving in Kelowna and spoke to Dawn Miller. It was like night and day. Dawn was professional, straight forward, knowledgeable and very personable. Dawn answered all my questions and put me at ease about the upcoming move. Dawn promptly sent us a written and firm quote, set up the times and dates, arranged the storage, and basically looked after everything related to the move. Than came the moving and delivery days. Prior to both we were contacted confirming arrival times. On the loading day 3 young men arrived on time with a clean well equipped moving truck. There was no standing around. Runners were rolled out protecting the floors and carpets. All furniture was wrapped. Beds were disassembled and mattresses protected. These men worked hard and did not stop. Very professional and conscientious. All done in record time. Three weeks later came delivery. Everything went smoothly. Furniture was unwrapped, assembled if needed, and placed. Again extremely professional and hard working young men. To say my wife and I were happy with the service we received from Dawn and the young men is an understatement. I have no hesitation giving my whole hearted recommendation to Bekins Moving. Clint and Bev
Total pros, three guys showed up on time with all right equipment. Newer truck with a tailgate, ramp, dollies and pads. They moved our house in record time, no breaks just got at it right away, super efficient. The lead man Dean was great to work with. No damages either.
