Couple weeks late on my review since I've been enjoying my new gaming desktop. Travis was able to help me pick out a desktop. He was patient in answering all my questions, as well as being super professional and honest with my choice in the desktop that I need to run World of Warcraft. Thank you so much! However, I'm not sure why the other guy at the front doors was telling me that you can only buy gaming desktops online with Best Buy, when I was clearly able to go in person and buy one? Very misleading

Placed order for pickup, was cancelled and the store didn’t even inform me. I had to call their national customer service line (because you can’t call the store for some inane reason) only to be told that my order was cancelled, there was no reason why, and that they couldn’t do anything to resolve the issue. “Place the order again” was the only solution this person could come up with. Awful customer service
