Great staff and lots of good quality items. We like getting our cat and dog food here, as they have such a solid selection of quality products. Our cat has also enjoyed every toy that we've gotten from Bosley's!

Used to think this place was great until the sales associate said dog baths were being reserved for dog groomers during COVID. Sorry but I'm not paying 4-5 times the price of what I am capable of doing for less. At least Lake County Bosley's allows you to book a time for a dog bath. Thumbs down to the Bosley's locations in Kelowna.
I used to visit every week to pick up fresh cat grass for my two spoiled cats, but since covid they don’t seem to bring in fresh grown grass anymore and my cats are not happy!
