Very professional service. They accurately diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle when I went to get it inspected. They also re-inspected my vehicle for free, even though I didn't get it fixed at their shop. Truly wonderful customer service; plus, there was a really cute dog!

*A a locally owned shop earns my (future) business* I was a little on edge after changing a flat tire on the side of a road. Came to Boyds and they repaired the flat for no cost. They handed me the metal piece that they had pulled from the tire and we shared a laugh. Then they placed the spare back into the trunk with everything in the right place and handed me the keys. Vroom Vroom I'm on my way within an hour. It's these little experiences that remind you \customer service\ still exists. Thanks Boyds team!
