My father came in after travelling and his breaks needing to be done. You gave him an estimate that was over 500 higher than anywhere else.The break pads were put in wrong, and the callipers were not cleaned at all. This is completely unprofessional, and unacceptable. Not impressed, and will not recommend.
Excellent service! Lee at the Kelowna store booked me in next day and the shop got job done quickly and cured the problem. I won't hesitate to go back here and can recommend their friendly, efficient service. Well done guys!

I recently moved to Kelowna from NB and needed to get an interprovincial inspection done, these people tried to ding me 2 grand for 1000 dollars worth of work, I will never go back or recommend this horrible little shop to anyone, nitpicking seems to be their specialty, telling me my oil was extra black when I had just done an oil change 2 months and less than 5000 Kms ago. When I saw the quote I immediately took my car to a better shop, I lost 150 for the inspection and left feeling very unsatisfied. I will never go back to this place and will definitely provide recommendations to other garages when asked about my experience here. I would have been better off throwing 150 in the garbage than wasting my time at this garage. I also found the guy at the counter rude to deal with... Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
