This was amazing fish and chips!! The cook suggested a two piece with chips plus an extra piece of fish for my husband and I to share. I also ordered an order of deep fried shrimp, which resulted in too much food! The fish pieces were a really good size, one order of chips was more than enough! The tartar was not to my taste, but ya can't please everyone all the time! I forgot to ask for vinegar to go! The cook was amazingly efficient, under six minutes for our order, and the way the to go orders are packaged added to the whole experience. Drove it home, ten minutes away, and the food was still piping hot and the batter crisp.

didn’t really get much of a “fish” taste. the fish was really firm and dry, and it broke apart really easily. the fries were nice though, and so was the coleslaw. our server was really kind and attentive. the all-you-can-eat menu item is a pretty good deal too, if you can eat that much.
We always get the 40 "takeout special " which is excellent and excellent value. You get 2 lbs of cod with 3 orders of chips and coleslaw and 2L of pop! That's at least 22 pieces of fish so expect leftovers.

This restaurant made me feel at home. It's a cozy little hole in the wall that we found when my boyfriend was hankering for fish and chips. Google reviews originally led us here! It's a seat yourself, everybody knows your name kind of atmosphere that made the dining experience so relaxed and comfortable. The all you can eat cod including chips and bottomless pop is 14.99- HOW DO YOU GO WRONG??? The fish is moist, flavorful and totally hits the spot. My boyfriend said the tartare sauce was on point as well! The deep fried pickles are awesome too! I probably wouldn't recommend the onion rings as they lack any flavour, but everything else including the service was top notch so they deserve 5 stars. Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
First-time experience, take out, 6-piece family meal: I was greeted when I entered the restaurant after a couple minutes, but due to the fact that the server was busy collecting tabs from customers. I was directed to go to the back of the restaurant to the Take Out window (there's a sign, but not obvious enough for me I guess LOL), and my order was taken quickly. The staff took my number so I can wait in my vehicle, instead of waiting by the door (due to Covid-19). Only 7 minutes later, my order was ready! My family and I arrived at home to find huge pieces of Cod, lots of chips, and delicious coleslaw! The food overall was simple, yet satisfying. The service overall was good. Definitely returning again! Enjoy!
Had a really great experience getting take out there the other day. Really friendly staff and the food was delicious and a great deal. Yum! Definitely going back soon!!
