Good Customer service is going down day by day. I went there this friday at 5.30pm for renew my insurance. The guy who was doing my insurance had really hard time to hear me because 3 employees were really busy to talking with each other very very loudly on their person life and i cant hear him. It was totally frustrated. They need to focus on customer satisfaction.

I currently have contents insurance from another company( a certain Canadian bank) and they do not communicate at all. Been with them for years.But now they will not answer their phones and put you on hold for hours. With Capri they answer the phones and communicate effectively.Very nice to deal with and the premiums are cheaper. So I am switching.
Unhappy with my re-insurance experience. When I was here in 2019 i was told I could come back in a few months to have my rate reduced significantly. I come back to renew in 2020 with another year of safe driving and my rates went up?
