Always a professional and helpful service. These guys have worked very hard through The Covid-19 pandemic to ensure that contractors have had their supplies to be able to do their jobs.
We have been dealing with Carrier/WWG for years and we can honestly say they are great to deal with! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Superior customer service and always have someone to talk to which is very important in our line of work. Very competitive pricing. We really like and appreciate all the training courses they supply to the techs as well. Wish we could give you more then 5 stars, guys!
Although the parts guy was good. The company does not sell to the general public. So if your a competent person you can't get your parts here.
