Great sales and service. Shop is clean with many options available for carts and accessories. We were looking for an electric cart. First time purchase of an electric cart for our campground in Nakusp. Erwin was extremely helpful with information on the pros and cons of an electric cart. We ultimately purchased an EX-GO electric cart. When we arrived to pick it up we were greeted with a smile and more importantly a very knowledgeable technician (Larry) who walked us through the care of the new, to us, cart. He explained in great detail and easy to understand procedures to keep our cart running smoothly. We did have a minor issue with the cart shortly after getting it home. The professionals at Carts Plus send Larry to Nakusp to fix the problem as part of the warranty. This is a 3.5 hour trip one way. AMAZING! We can not recommend these guys highly enough. If you are looking for a cart, gas or electric this is the place to go!

Thanks to Randy for going the extra mile to get work done on our golf cart we bought from Carts plus late last fall.Picked up our cart and returned in short order,completed the work they promised in the fall,and even did some stuff we hadn't even expected,great job,thank-you Added review-had squeaky brakes,had Carts plus pick up recently and check out,although there was nothing wrong to be found,after 3 month of squeaking, now there is no noise at all.Thanks very much to Randy and the crew for solving our problem.
