I wasn’t sure about laser at first, but my consultation and first appointment with Deb were professional, informative, and she was happy to answer all the questions I had about the process. She is super easy to get along with, and even let me do a couple of test patches to ensure I would be happy with my results. I would recommend CLHR to any of my friends, she’s awesome!

I am a 70 year old Transgender woman. I started my transition in 2020 and began electrolysis with Deborah in October 2020. She has been supportive of my journey as she works to clear the ravages of testosterone from my face. She has guided me in finding the most effective way to apply emla, and I have found the electrolysis process quite tolerable, at times completely free of any sensation. In our sessions, she frequently checks to see that I am still comfortable on the table, providing blankets for warmth and pillows for comfort. She has been flexible in scheduling appointments to facilitate my commute from the south end of the valley. I usually arrive an hour early in case there are traffic issues, and wait in her comfy waiting room. I apply my emla in her customer washroom and relax for an hour. I will never be a rosy cheeked young woman, but I will not be a grizzled old hag. I have always hated shaving, and, thanks to Deborah, I am happily well on the way to soft skin on my face. I look forward to my weekly sessions and will miss Deborah once I have reached facial bliss. Thank you Deborah.
