Great customer service and very friendly, I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve used Daryl Evan’s Kelowna a few times now, they are always prompt and on schedule, and very supportive over the phone and during the service visit. We had a pipe leak, I sent them some detailed photos of the piping and he knew exactly what he needed to pick up for parts to be fully prepared for the job.
Guillaume Is excellent! I have used him several times now for A/C maintenance, Furnace maintenances and gas fireplace maintenance. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of our older systems including giving us great advice on what to replace in the future and when. Also as they are newer here in the Okanagan, they are available much faster than the other business. Call and book! You will be very satisfied with the quality of his work and the price!
Fantastic company. We phoned about our dishwasher that stopped working after something in the load had fallen and melted while the load was on, creating a clog in one of the lines. The lady on the phone was very lovely and helpful. Guillaume was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly fix the problem. He wasn’t even bothered when I asked him to fix our bathtub plunger while he was here. We had enquired about a garburator and he provided us with lots of information and different options to choose from. Would definitely recommend!
Guillaume installed a new hot water tank and heater at our shop Minit-Tune & Brake. Was very fast and had good service with a fair price. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.
