He got us the Best interest rate available and helped us through the process of buying a home in foreclosure. He guided us every step of the way!! Brad was ALWAYS available to answer our questions...No Bankers' hours for him! 8 months later we are still asking Brad's advice on other matters and he is always very patient and helpful. This was our first time buying our own house and our situation and personal circumstances were not straight forward. Hence we required an experienced and recommended mortgage broker to go to work for us. Brad looked into all the options and came back promptly with the best rate and terms available (better than our own bank had offered) and walked us through all the particulars so that we were fully informed about the process and our mortgage application stages. We would highly recommend contacting Brad if you have a mortgage query, refinance or rollover coming up soon.
Due to extremely poor professional conduct, I would never recommend Brad as a mortgage broker to anyone who is serious about obtaining financing. After years of polite partnership using Brad for numerous mortgages in the past, a house purchase and refinance was coming up for me. When he was unable to obtain a competitive rate for me and I went with someone else, I received numerous childish, rude, and aggressive messages and a prompt end to our business relationship. At points I began to become concerned for my personal safety as Brad had all of my banking and home information. In the days and weeks that came, a plethora of anonymous 1-star reviews began hitting my online businesses after years of nothing but 5-stars. Coincidence? Perhaps. You decide. If you're looking for someone who puts emotion above customer service, Brad is your man.
Brad, I would like to thank you for all the help over the last year. You service and time that was put was more than anyone could have expected. Brad took over a year to work with me on finding the home the suited me with the best rate possible. He spent many hours after work on the phone with me and always returned my phone calls ASAP. Towards the end of closing Brad would be up until late hours of the night to ensure we had success in our dealings.
