AAA. These young guys are smoking. Fast, friendly and knowledgeful. They resurrected me a Mack Book Pro, that was as dead as King Tut, and turn it into a great laptop again. I happened along this store today. I was looking for some new gear for my new phone. Walked in and was promptly greeted by Biyush who was warm & professional. He instantly took me to what I needed and wanted. Great selection and wide range of stock. He was genuine and even sold me on things i had not considered but made sense. They do a wide range of work on computers too. Nice clean shop, would definitely recommend to take it in.

Fantastic service - 5 stars are not enough. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and most of all provides exemplary customer care. Took my Blackberry in for a battery replacement: the parts arrived on time, and the work was done promptly and expertly. Treated my device with care, treated me like family. Awesome customer service, was having a hard time hearing anyone who called my phone, took it in to Dr. Phone fix to see what the cost to repair would be. I was thoroughly explained what all the scenarios could be from replacing the speaker or possibly main control board. They told me that they would call before repairing anything once the issue was found. Within an hour I was called and advised it was ready for pick up. Turns out is just needed a cleaning.' When I arrived to pick it up I was told no charge. I would recommend Dr Phone Fix for all your repairs, they are very professional and Very Very Honest. I will be back for sure when the need arises.
