They messed up on the delivery of my package so not thrilled about that and they still don't deliver to my address even though I'm only 20 min outside of West Kelowna so not thrilled about that either. But... the two ladies working at the airport depot location were amazing! Super friendly and tried really hard to work out a solution, amazing service from these two individuals!!!

I am extremely unimpressed with the professionalism of the drivers in Kelowna. I'm sure that if you just pick up your package at the facility you would have few issues but as for door delivery you deserve no stars. I have unfortunately had to use FedEx for several packages in the past and not once did they actually ring the doorbell and wait more than 20 seconds. Once, I had to wait outside for them to arrive so the driver didn't just \attempt\ another delivery. After waiting all day for an exceptionally important package to arrive these drivers don't even bother ringing a doorbell? Come on FedEx, shape up.
My package has been in facility for 7 days now and no delivery. Told it will show up 3 times and stayed home from work to receive and sign. No show. Costing me heaps waiting to receive my package. No service when I call. I offered to drive to facility and pick it up .. nothing . It’s an iPhone pro sent from rogers .. I bet it was stolen and stalling to try and find it
