The French toast were made to perfection, served with maple syrup. The hot chocolate unlike other places, was not overly sweet and full of fatty whipped cream. As for service, it was excellent as well. I also loved the cozy ambiance of the place. However I take off 1 star and deliberated if I should take off 2, because of issues with cleanliness. While the tables seemed clean, the floor was very dirty, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness really needs some work!

I've been trying to get into this little cafe for a while now, unfortunately their hours aligned a little too closely with my work hours. Having a day off and spending the time in here was more than worth it. Good prices, a quaint atmosphere, and simple enjoyable eats!

Kinda disappointed was wanting their Delicious Yummy Roast Beef Sandwiches and Again its marked sold out so had the Lemon Chicken Sandwich which was Okay but Obviously not my first choice...Love their locations and their Delicious Baked Goods TOO! Don't want to Lose Yet Another Kelowna Business so I'll keep plugging if Fezziwig keeps Dancing!
My wife and I used to go there about twice a week until we moved to Calgary two years ago. Food and service is good. Love their chicken almond sandwiches and all their pastries. Will go again when we visit Kelowna. We love this place,
