We have had 4 repairs done by Fibrenew Kelowna , on various products from ATV and snowmobile seats ...to the seat in our Ferrari Testarossa . And the work and service were above average in all . And it’s noteworthy , that THEY didn’t know the seat was from a Ferrari ! . Yet all quality work met or exceeded our expectations. I am in complete awe after having our leather sectional returned after its makeover! It was so faded and scratched up from years of our dog sleeping on it and the cats launching off it. Steve and his team were amazing. The amount of work that went into restoring our leather couch is astounding. We truly feel as though we have a brand new piece of furniture in our living room! Steve was excellent at keeping me informed all along the process and updated me when the job was done and when they'd be picking up and returning the couch. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Fibrenew to anyone who has faded leather furniture. All I can say is WOW!! Thank you so much :)

Magical! The small rip in the perforated leather seat in our car caused by a dog's paw/nail is not in anyway visible to me. It is the perfectly-priced repair, and it was a pleasure to meet the friendly proffesionsl staff. I waited at the office and it was done in exactly one hour.
They did a great job fixing my leather center console. Fast and courteous service, would definitely recommend!
