In Feburary 2019 I contact FKM about a suspected furnace noise. Their technician diagnosed a faulty Gas Valve 500 plus 125 install 3 Months later, I contacted them to ask about the part, it was finally installed in June, when I don't use the furnace. The part had been in their position for nearly 3 months before they installed it. In the fall, I noticed the noise again. Several emails and phone calls later the problem is not solved. I contacted another company to inspect my furnace and diagnose the sound - they didn't try to sell me anything. The sound was actually coming from the ducts. I have asked for a refund as they clearly misdiagnosed the problem and stalled the entire process, but they refused and said take us to court. I intend to.

I caught Jim at a very busy time, he got here as soon as he could and within a very short period of time my fireplace was serviced & up & running! I was very happy as I was told by the last person that did the maintenance that I needed a new ignitor. My fireplace did not even have a ignitor, which I wasted a lot of time trying to track one down.
