I stayed here for my christmas break. Also provided a 1 star review based on my check in experience. However the room and other ambience was all i ever wanted to grieve my mom in peace. Great wings! The beer selection has changed over past year and I am not a fan of the beer there, which is a problem for me since I am attracted to establishments that have GREAT BEER. Hope they switch up the taps.

A wonderful hotel with many amenities and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. As wedding photographers, the venue is beautiful and convenient for wedding guests. The banquet area is very spacious and the food is delicious!!

Due to a glitch in the Marriott description of the accommodations, the staff, Ashley and Nadia, went out of their way to accommodate my family. The hotel is only 7 years old and is in pretty good shape. Due to COVID, as soon as you arrive, you'd be well advised to book your time to visit the gym (45 minutes per person or two people from the same party) with 15 minutes for them to clean in between visitors) and a one hour visit to the indoor pool for your party. It was so nice to have that privacy. Loved the one bedroom king suite with the kitchen. You can request a hot plate. The staff were friendly and worked at making our stay a very pleasant one. The free shuttle to and from the airport is convenient especially if you don't want to keep your rental vehicle for the whole trip. They also recommend masks outside your room and only one party or two people per elevator (should be only one party period). I would definitely go back. Thanks Ashley, Nadia, David and the rest for making our stay such a pleasant one. :)

Shout out to Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna! Not only did I have an awesome stay, but it was so awesome that I forgot my phone and the lovely front desk agent, Isabel, and her team assisted me in finding it and returning it to me! Also shout out to Ryan who checked me in and was super knowledgable, friendly, and offered me a free drink voucher when I checked in! Super convenient to get to the airport and excellent service, would definitely stay again!

It is a nice property. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. It is about 10-15 minute drive to the downtown area at the water. Lots of parking. If you are flying out or arriving late it is right across the street from the airport. Thank you.
