Dealing with Pat was great. He left us to look at everything and when we had questions, he was there with the answers or went and found them. The price was amazing and far less that we had anticipated spending. Little bit of a glitch trying to phone the other dealership to ask about delivery charges but other than that, the experience was really good. 4.5

We recently purchased a new Venture travel trailer from Country RV and are very happy with everything. We dealt exclusively on the phone never seeing the trailer. The negotiations were fast (about 1 hour) and the price was unbelievable. It saved us a trip to Saskatchewan from Kamloops as the price was that good. We picked up the new trailer in Kelowna 6 days later and everything was as promised. All the staff (sales, finance, service) were very helpful, attentive and friendly especially the young gentleman who put on our new equalizer hitch. We highly recommend Country RV.
Pat is the easiest salesperson to deal with. Very laid back... no pressure and leaves you alone to look around and get a real feeling for the RV 's.
Great Outback trailer inventory
I believe our refrigerator problems are almost over thanks to the efforts of Country RV. It took 15 months, numerous service calls, and dozens of emails between Country RV and Norcold's but we have great news! We will be receiving a brand new Norcold refrigerator in the next week or so. Thank you, Country RV for getting us a new fridge. In addition, the motor on our furnace developed a very noisy vibration. It took less than 2 weeks for Country RV to assess the problem, order and install a new motor.
I dealt with Jack. Slow in response time and wasn't into negotiating. Well Jack I bought from Voyager RV.
