There was live music while we were in line raising donations for the local food bank and our toddler absolutely loved their lobster mascot. The food was great and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Service was very fast considering just how busy they were.

I am a new motorcycle rider and i just bought my first motorcycle at Gasoline ally, i was totally surprised by their amazing customer service, I totally didn’t expected such an amazing experience, all the sales stuff are experienced riders and they where happy to share knowledge and advice, they are extremely friendly too! I was looking for a used motorcycle but ended up buying a brand new one and a big part of how happy i am with mu choice is the amazing way gasoline ally staff was treating me as a costumer. Definitely recommend them to new and experienced riders!

Anyone looking for a motorcycle, don’t limit your purchase options to only your local dealers, searching beyond your province is always an option. I would recommend Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson of Kelowna to all. Great dealer, I was very impressed by their service from first contact to delivery of the bike. In 2019 I decided that I wanted to trade my 2008 Ultra Classic Electra Glide for a newer used Harley Trike. I spent a considerable amount of time searching locally in the Winnipeg/Manitoba area for a bike along with searching on Kijiji, all provinces. I had found some possible options in SK, BC and MB. In June of 2020, I came across a 2012 HD FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra Classic, on Kijiji, being sold by Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson of Kelowna I contacted Gasoline Alley within days of finding the bike on Kijiji, spoke to Cassidy Barron about the bike. He was great to deal with, very forthcoming and honest about all aspects of the bike’s details. We put a deposit on the bike and finalized the purchase on the bike the following week with Ted Taylor (Finance Manager), also great to deal with. In August of 2020, Carol and I drove out to Kelowna on her Can Am. Seen the bike for the first time on August 4th, met Cassidy and Ted for the first time as well. Cassidy walked us around the bike, a quick review of the bike’s operation and back off to Winnipeg. In September I had some mechanical issues with the bike, contacted Gasoline Alley, advised them of the issue and without hesitation, they covered the cost of repair, sent me a cheque via mail within weeks of completing the repair. Thank you, Gasoline Alley, for being a great company to deal with, it’s greatly appreciated.
