She is the lady you want to connect with for anything wedding, party, celebration!!! Loved it! Brittany really knows her stuff and she helped me pick out all the arrangements. She was very helpful! Moreover, there were a lot of different selections to choose from. She was on time dropping off the stuff and made sure I got everything I needed to make the day easier. She also made a list, and organized all the material according to help with the billing. Making the step up much easier. Would definitely recommend her! Cheers :D

Would not suggest this vendor! I am leaving a review for my wedding experience a couple of years ago. Glitz and Glam was the only vendor that I did not have a great experience with. I understand that wedding season is extremely busy for a lot of vendors, but I felt our communication and meetings were slightly chaotic, disorganized, and Brittaney was not able to give me her undivided attention. She clearly did not take the time to review the written communication I provided her with, which likely contributed to the misunderstandings that took place on my wedding day. I had rented draping, as well as set up and take down services from Glitz and Glam. I was disappointed to receive an email from Avalon a couple days after the wedding that expressed chairs were left scattered around the room when they arrived at the end of the night for pick up, and I was being charged an additional rate by their company due to this. I communicated with Brittaney my confusion on why chairs were not cleaned up and stacked as part of the ‘midnight take down’ fee I paid. She expressed that she was unaware Avalon was dropping off chairs altogether until arriving at the venue. I know chairs were discussed when we met in person, as I had been unaware Glitz and Glam rents the same chairs for slightly cheaper (but I had already paid my deposit to Avalon). I also looked back into previous email communication and saw that an email I sent her with my list of what we required for take down stated “The remaining glassware, chairs, etc will need to be packaged for pick up by Avalon Rental.” She informed me that there was usually a separate service fee for furniture set up and take down. Had I been properly made aware that the furniture was not included in my take down fee, I would have made the arrangements for the chairs to be taken down and stacked.

I was recommended to use this rental service and that was such a mistake! Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this person!! I had to cancel my wedding of 100 people in the fall because the government of BC says no gatherings over 50 until a vaccine is found for the GLOBAL PANDEMIC virus we are dealing with. I gave over 4 MONTHS of notice that we had to cancel our rental because of these new rules by the BC government. Glitz and Glam, didn't reply for a month then REFUSES to give our deposit back because a global pandemic wasn't a good enough reason. She did offer that we could use the rental credit over the next two years (or find someone else to use the credit (so do her job for her)), but when am I going to use several hundred dollars worth of rentals? I would understand if she put a lot of work into this upfront, but literally all she had to do was take our information and take a 50% deposit, there is no real loss of time or products for her, this is just GREEDY behaviour. I have dealt with so many other venders that have been SO understanding and given our deposit back. This company said that because I am upset about not getting my money back that I want to destroy small businesses, which is not the case, there is so much government help during this global pandemic that she could use but is instead hurting her customers.
