Jerald Grassmick's business cards claim that he is \specializing in sewer and septic system installation and repair\ and that he has been \serving Kelowna for over 35 years\. Certainly sounds impressive, but when I hired him to do some excavation work on my property, he broke a Fortis natural gas line. Of course, accidents happen: however, he told me right away that he was not insured for this kind of damage- hard to believe when you've been running a business in Kelowna for over 35 years.I've since been billed by Fortis for the damage, and Grassmick is refusing to reimburse or compensate me for the damage he has caused, nor has taken any responsibility for his actions.VERY disappointing. I would NOT recommend his business to anyone.

Their garden soil is amazing, good prices and awesome service. He's really flexible in setting up times and works quickly with the loader. We are getting 15yards of the mulch later this spring as well. Highly recommend Grassmick!!

Want an honest and trustworthy provider of landscape materials ? These are your people. I ordered some Crawford Blue Granite Chips from them. Through a communication error he brought the wrong material and dumped it at my place before I could signal him. He was so apologetic! It was never a problem. He went back to his yard, loaded up the correct material, got his backhoe and returned to drop the good stuff and remove the other material at no cost to me. This is the second time I have used him and would reccomend him in a heartbeat. Good honest people to work with!!
