I believe in apologizing when a person is wrong it's the gentleman thing to do. My apologies to Great West Monuments I recontacted them told them how I felt, and they were willing to do what they could to make my experience better. When had reviewed the stone in better light I was satisfied. They were very accommodating. Cheers to G.W.M.

They are not the best buy far , there only saving grace is that there the only headstone manufacturer in Kelowna. If I had known the quality of granite that I would have ended up with for my mother and sister grave . I would have gone somewhere else.
