The customer service in the Kelowna location is absolutely terrible. They charged us a much higher amount than other people I know who purchased the exact same products as us (who even purchased a lower quantity than us). When we asked about it, all we got was excuses. Absolutely terrible store/service, definitely will not be purchasing from there again. All I have to say is buyer be aware and definitely ask around to compare prices prior to purchasing.

their staff is rude and I went to go pick up a bag and gloves and got motor oil all over my hand like they don't even clean their products before they put them on the Shelf like that's ridiculous
Emailed for product as was told to do so over the phone still no reply, bad service in kelowna! Called vernon way more helpful.
